Cancellation Policy

• Policy & Terms Agreement By booking an appointment, clients are required to thoroughly read and understand all policies and terms outlined on our website. This ensures that you are fully informed about our booking, cancellation, tardy, fill-in, and deposit policies before moving forward with scheduling your appointment. Your understanding and agreement to these terms will help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both you and our team. Thank you for taking the time to review these policies! • Booking Policy A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for your deposit to be transferred to a new date. We understand that emergencies can happen, and life is unpredictable. Therefore, clients are allowed two reschedules before the deposit is non-transferable. After two reschedules, a new $40 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please book responsibly and plan accordingly. • Fill-In Policy To qualify for a fill, at least 40% of your lashes must still be intact at your appointment. If you arrive with less than 40% retention, it will be considered a full set, as the time and work required are the same as starting fresh. Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining your lashes between fills. If you follow the correct aftercare routine provided by your lash tech, retention should not be an issue. This policy ensures that I can provide the best results without rushing or compromising quality. Please book accordingly to maintain your lashes and get the most out of your fills! • Tardy Policy Punctuality is important to ensure every client receives the full experience they booked for. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late and choose not to proceed with your service because of the reduced time, your deposit will be non-refundable. Please plan accordingly and notify us if you’re running behind. We appreciate your understanding!
